JobsStaten Island Matrimonial law firm seeks experienced Matrimonial Paralegal for part-time position - 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM, generally 3 - 4 days per week. Ideal candidate should have 1 to 4 years of Matrimonial and/or Family Law experience, who can work directly with clients. Knowledge of Time Matters and how to prepare Net Worth Statements is a plus. Ability to do Legal research on Westlaw a plus. Should also know how to prepare a Summons and Complaint for Divorce, complete a Divorce Package and prepare Interrogatories and Notice of D&I.
