JobsWe are seeking a P/T (6-7 hours per week) social media expert to manage Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram. You'll be expected to meet and exceed goals for audience growth, community engagement, and customer acquisition. We need more than someone who can understand business concept well and self-post/manage media ongoing. We need you to fully understand social media best practices and back-end tools to maximize customer engagement: this includes Facebook Pixel, Google+, SEO, crawlers, etc. Please do not apply if you do not meet this criteria. We expect you to be able to speak social media fluently. Must have proven prior experience. Must submit portfolio, sample work and hourly salary. Responsibilities include: -Graphic design for posts (photo based and not illustrations) -Conduct regular analysis and reporting across all social media channels, develop new insights that drive your social approach -Expert headline writer, especially SEO and social headlines -Sound knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, YouTube data, Facebook Pixel, Google +, etc. -Proven success and growth in increasing a brand's social media presence and user acquisition -Able to create budgeting for ads -Strong grasp of developing analytics and insights that inform to the establishment of KPIs and evaluating social media campaign returns.
