JobsBrooklyn boutique hotel seeking Bellmen/Shuttle Drivers. Duties include: - Opens doors for arriving and departing guests - Loading, unloading and transportation of guest luggage - Escorting guests to and from guest rooms - Promoting hotel facilities and demonstrating guest room accommodations - Provides directions and information about the area - Operating hotel vehicles - Transport guests in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner using safe driving practices Requirements: - Must have a clean and valid driver's license - Must be willing to work a variety of schedules including days, evenings, holidays and overnight - Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50lbs) - Ability to stand for long periods of time comfortably - Highly responsible and reliable - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Solid work ethic and ability to work with a team The ideal candidate has a passion for guest services and ensure that our guests feel at home. Some security background would be helpful in the overnight position.
