The Veterinary Receptionist should possess strong experience in client services and animal care, be able to manage their time and multi- task with efficiency, maintain a friendly and positive public demeanor and an organized work area, while handling high volume call times, interfacing with the public, and coordinating with our medical team throughout the day. We are looking for that very special Veterinary Receptionist who is professionally motivated, maintains an excellent work ethic, and can manage their work to completion and beyond during all periods of busy or slow client flow. Veterinary Receptionist must possess excellent written and oral communication skills and a keen sense of overall time management. Veterinary Receptionist candidates should be capable of working with motivation and integrity on their own and with others on the team.
