I am seeking an investor in the booming Pacific Northwest hops industry I have done most of the groundwork on my property which is 40 acres in Gazelle California I have invested $26,000 into the water well I have another $40,000 invested into the property , another $20,000 in renting equipment hiring labor putting terraces in cutting down trees building a cabin and I also own a 2015 e45 Bobcat with 5 different attachments worth $70,000 I am a California Licensed General Contractor with all the building skills and growing skills necessary I am Permaculture Design Certified and I know a lots of people deeply connected in the Permaculture world I'm also big time into aquaponics I would love to incorporate Permaculture , Aquaponics and Hops into one Farm with a potential for cannabis, but I've already done that trade so that could be up for discussion but it's on the bottom of the list right now serious inquiries only and we will have to make a big production moves by the end of February but the land is pretty set up to farm hops as it sits we need some TLC and some true blue investors thank you for your time and Happy New Year.
